IMPORTANT NOTICE: December 7th, 2009 - Over the next couple of months we will be upgrading our servers. If you have products using ShoulderTap® that have a USB port for connecting to a computer, they will automatically use our new servers once they come online. There is nothing that you will have to do to prepare for this change. However, if your products have a serial port for connecting locally to a computer, you will need to download a software patch when it becomes available or risk losing the ability to connect via ShoulderTap®. Once it is available we will update this message to tell you the deadline for you to download the patch.
